Keep the lens clean

How to keep the lens clean
The maintenance principle of the lens is to keep the lens bright and clean, not stained with oil, and avoid scratches. Before wiping the lens, it is best to rinse it with tap water, or use neutral soap or special detergent to clean it. After washing it with water, wipe it with a special lens. To clean the crevices between the frames, gently scrub with a soft old toothbrush to remove dirt.

In daily life, the lens should be prevented from contacting high temperature as much as possible, because under high temperature, the film will be damaged or even fall off due to inconsistent thermal expansion and contraction between the film and the lens substrate. Also, avoid contact with strong organic solvents, such as acetone, ether, and perfume, as these organic solvents can affect the finish of the lens surface. In addition, the way of placing glasses should also develop a fixed habit.
First wrap the lenses with flannel, and then close the temples. In order to prevent the glasses from being under heavy pressure, the glasses can be placed in a hard glasses collection box.

1. When wearing glasses, do not touch the convex surface of the lens with hard objects, it is best to keep it in the box.

2. The resin lens should be rinsed with water first, then cleaned with a special detergent or a small amount of detergent for resin lenses, and finally dried with a special lens cloth for resin lenses.

3. Use the special lens cloth for resin lenses to wipe. Because the fibers of ordinary lens cloth are loose and easily mixed with sand, the lens will be worn, so it is best to rinse the lens with clean water first, and then dry it with a special lens cloth.
